Return and Refund Policy 

For all physical products, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the day of delivery, as evidenced from your tracking number, to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in the exact same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@roughgrounds.com If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Although we're certain that our team will always treat your purchase with extra caution and care and we are sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, we appreciate that sometimes accidents happen. In this case, we aim to rectify any issue detected and make this process as easy as possible for you! Please note these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, so if you receive a decal from us which is faulty or damaged, we will replace it free of charge and without delay.

If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your print at info@roughgrounds.com and our team will be happy to assist. If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

All decals should exactly match the products portrayed on our website. If you are not satisfied with your graphics due to any misrepresentation of appearance, please contact us at info@roughgrounds.com so we can investigate further and arrange a reprint (or exchange) for you as a matter of priority. Free of charge of course!

Exceptions / non- Refund items

Certain types of items cannot be refund, like a customize products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations And Exchanges

You may cancel or make changes to an order, up and until the time your order has been dispatched. In this case, we will reimburse you in the form of a full refund. After an order has been dispatched, cancellations or changes will not be possible. As we endeavour to send orders as quickly as possible, requests for cancellations or changes need to be made as soon as you can.

Change Of Mind

We create to order for all purchases, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or incorrect size choice. We recommend taking your time to select the perfect graphics for your car - or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
